For competitive programmers ready to take the next step into Software Engineering.
You are a final-year university student or a graduate.
You have a strong foundation in Problem Solving, Algorithms and Data Structures.
You have completed the equivalent of Coach Academy’s first three Problem Solving levels, or have comparable Competitive Programming experience, such as being part of a Top 100 ECPC team.
You are ready to pursue employment opportunities during or after the program. Male candidates must have completed, been exempted from, or have no pending military-service obligation that would prevent employment.
You can commit to the full one-year journey, maintain at least 90% attendance, and participate actively.
Prepare for local and global Software Engineering opportunities, with support that connects your technical growth to your professional next step.
Career direction, CV preparation, and LinkedIn optimization to help you communicate your strengths.
GitHub and project presentation support to make your engineering work clear and compelling.
Technical and behavioral interview preparation, job application support, and employer communication.
Follow-up after graduation and support toward local and global employment opportunities.

Yes. There are 125 fully funded scholarships. Scholars must meet the attendance, participation, assignment, and performance requirements. Full terms and conditions will be shared in the Scholarship Agreement before enrollment.
The program includes 32 weeks of active study and training spread across one year, not 32 consecutive weeks. The schedule allows for breaks during official holidays, university exams, and other planned pauses. During active training periods, the workload is 80 training hours per month. Scholars are expected to commit to the full one-year journey.
Applicants are assessed on their problem-solving foundation, technical readiness, and ability to commit to the program. The selection stages, including whether a technical assessment or interview is required, are to be announced.
Training sessions are held online.
The program requires 80 training hours per month during active study periods. Scholars are expected to attend sessions, complete assignments, and participate in practical tasks and assessments. The weekly commitment depends on the training schedule.
Scholars must maintain at least 90% attendance throughout the program and complete the required assignments and assessments. The absence-reporting policy and availability of recordings or make-up sessions are to be confirmed.
You’ll receive support with your CV, LinkedIn profile, GitHub portfolio, and project presentation, alongside technical and behavioral interview preparation. The program also includes three individual mock interviews, job application guidance, and follow-up support after graduation.
